God placed a dream in the hearts of pastor Frederick Luke Russell and his wife Bendu Veronica Russell to develop an apostolic, multi- generational church that would be founded on the Word of God, energized by the Holy Spirit and passionate about empowering, and equipping people to fulfill the Great Commission.
Pastor Willie Livingstone and other believers were contacted about the dream that God had placed in pastor Russell and his wife hearts. The first meeting was held at Pastor Livingstone's residence in May of 2015, after a series of meetings and prayerfully laying the foundation over few months, the Agape Evangelism Ministry of Edmonton celebrated it's first service on June 28th 2015, in rented facilities at the Clareview Recreation Center Northwest Edmonton.
After a successful 5 years of ministry, God spoke to His servant Pastor Russell to change the name of the ministry to Solutions Chapel International Ministries. In obedient of God’s voice, the Agape Ministry was renamed to Solutions Chapel International Ministries of Edmonton on June 15th, 2020.

We believe all people matter to God and that Christ's message and ministry through the local church is the hope of the world. The Solutions Chapel International Ministries of Edmonton Ministry is lead by Frederick Luke Russell, Senior Pastor and General Overseer.
Purpose & Believes
The purpose of the congregation is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. To love our neighbours as ourselves, to go and make disciples of all people, baptizing them and teaching them to obey all that Christ has commanded.
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and that it has supreme authority in the matters of faith and conduct.
